Founded in 1951, ThriveMore, formerly known as Baptist Retirement Homes of North Carolina, is one of North Carolina’s most respected providers of senior living. With four communities located in the western part of the state, ThriveMore provides all levels of care for older adults. Lynne Moore, RN, CMC, CAPS
Executive Director
Lynne Moore is the Executive Director of ThriveMore at Home, providing strategic leadership for the program as it supports older adults who wish to age safely and independently at home. A registered nurse with advanced credentials in care management and aging-in-place design, Lynne brings both clinical expertise and a compassionate, mission-driven approach to her work. She is committed to helping individuals and families plan ahead and navigate aging with confidence and dignity.
Jeanne Kline
Membership Counselor
Jeanne Kline serves as Membership Counselor for ThriveMore at Home, helping older adults and their families plan confidently for the future while continuing to live independently at home. With more than 20 years of experience in senior living and care coordination, she guides members through enrollment, answers questions, and supports thoughtful planning that brings peace of mind. Jeanne is passionate about building trusted relationships and empowering individuals to age with confidence and clarity.
