Planning Options with Purpose

ThriveMore at Home offers multiple plan levels for members. Our Executive Director and Membership Counselors are happy to discuss options and help you choose the plan that best fits your wellness and financial goals.

Counselors will help you factor in existing healthcare coverage including Long Term Care Insurance to ensure you are making the best choice. We are happy to include your representatives and financial counselor in the discussion.

The ThriveMore at Home team schedules an in-home safety assessment for all. The goal of a home assessment is to support safety and maximize independence. It’s an essential tool to enhance your wellness.

MEMBERSHIP PROCESS

Who is Eligible?

Minimum age 62—no maximum age
Must meet medical and financial criteria
Must maintain Medicare & Medicare Supplement or equivalent Health Insurance
Must live within North Carolina when joining
Must be independent and healthy when joining
